- How do I book a session?

When you are ready to set an appointment, fill out a form on our contact page. Once the form is filled out and we have your information, we will reach out to you within 48 hours with a text and/or phone call. There we will discuss important details to see if we are a good fit for you!
To set your date, a 25% non-refundable retainer that will go towards your final purchase will be due. Once that is paid, we will then have a consultation to go over location, outfits, special request and expectations!
- How long does it take to get our wedding gallery back?

You will receive your gallery within 6 weeks of your wedding.
- How long does it take to get photos back?

For all photoshoots besides branding and weddings, you will receive your full edited gallery within 14 days of your shoot.
For branding sessions, once you choose your favorite photos, you will receive your edited gallery within 14 days.
- Do we get a preview?

For wedding photography, you will receive a sneak peak within 7 days. Our other services do not have as long of a turn around time, so there is no preview.
- What if it rains on the day of our scheduled shoot?

If the weather does not want to comply, we can either reschedule or have fun in the rain!

- Post-Processing: Professional photographers often spend hours editing and retouching photos to achieve the desired look. This process requires specialized software and skills.
While professional photography may seem like a significant expense upfront, the investment can be worthwhile for special occasions or projects where high-quality images are essential. We continuously maintain & upgrade our equipment and invest in learning to give our customers the best experience and product possible!

- Can we negotiate the price?

No, and we politely request that you decline to ask.
All pricing listed on our website is a set pricing based on the expectations of providing our creative style to our work which not only includes the time and talent of photographer(s) / Videographer(s) on the day of your session but also our post-production process which consists of 80% of the overall process.
- Can my gallery be rushed?

We prefer not to rush jobs but if for some reason it is necessary, there is a 15% rush fee on the total cost of your project to get it done in half the time of the original completion date.
- What happens if we are late to our session, can we reschedule?

We strongly suggest that you plan for the unexpected accident or traffic jam. Since most of our sessions are held at sunset, we are on a tight time frame with lighting. If you are up to 20 minutes late for your session we will continue with the session but you will loose the time during your session. If you are more than 25 minutes late, that is considered a no-show and you loose half of your retainer. You may reschedule again but you will have to pay half of the retainer again to secure your new date.
- Can I reschedule my session?

You can reschedule as long as it is 72 hours prior to your scheduled session.
- I would like to cancel my session, can I get my retainer back

We work on a 25% retainer system that is non-refundable. Your 25% retainer covers our consultation, emails, phone calls, contract writing, planning and administrative fees. So we do ask that you are sure you would like to proceed prior to scheduling your appointment. As long as it is prior to 72 hours before your scheduled session, you may transfer your retainer to someone else in the form of a gift certificate if you decide not to have your session.
- What happens if I don’t like my images and I want a refund?

Once a portrait session has been performed, the full session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and skills invested up to and through that point. Please be certain that the style we have presented in our galleries is the right fit for you before you secure your session.
- Can we get the RAW images?

We do not provide RAW images. We believe in delivering a finished product and shoot with the finished gallery in mind. RAW images need to be edited for our work to be complete and we prohibit any changes that is not our own as they would not reflect our work.
- What happens if I lose or forget to download my digital files?

There is a $35 replacement fee for an additional 14 day on-line gallery once we have archived your images. We suggest that you download your images as soon as you receive the gallery and back them up to a cloud storage if possible.
- Do you use our images from our session for advertisement?

We do use the images from our sessions to promote our company (portfolio), by working with us you agree to allow us to use your images on our website, blog and social media platforms unless you request otherwise.
