As a photographer, there's nothing quite like the magic of capturing love between two people. Recently, I had the pleasure of photographing my sweet friends couples session on a ferry ride to Seattle!

For this particular session, we chose pictures on the ferry to get unique and candid photos. I wanted the photos to reflect their young and lively love. The weather was overcast which was perfect for getting Seattle clear in the background.

Lindsey and Vince were the perfect couple for this session. Their love was undeniable, and they were so comfortable with each other that it made my job incredibly easy. From the moment they arrived, I could see the excitement and love they shared, which translated beautifully into the photos.

We started with some casual shots, letting Lindsey and Vince simply enjoy the moment. They spent time out on the deck talking and enjoying the beautiful view of Seattle.  I focused on capturing these candid moments, which often tell the most genuine story. We then moved inside to get more casual shots of them enjoying each other’s company.

One of my goals during a couples session is to capture the unique connection between the two people. With Lindsey and Vince, it was all about their sweet and affectionate nature. I encouraged them to share their favorite memories, which led to some genuine smiles and heartfelt moments.

I am passionate about delivering photos that couples can not only look back on and cherish, but pass on to their kids and loved ones. I want the photos to honestly reflect their love for each other.
